Recognition and Goals: developing workshops on vocational guidance, leadership, self-esteem, and communication to help young people recognize their abilities, strengthen their confidence, and define personal and professional goals.
Partnerships for the Future: building alliances with educational institutions, universities, and local businesses to create scholarship, internship, and mentoring opportunities.
Scholarship Support: providing study, English, and sports scholarships for children and young people ages 5 to 20, expanding their opportunities for learning and development.
Individual Mentoring: implementing mentoring and psychoeducational support processes, offering individual and group guidance to strengthen independence, decision-making, and the development of a life plan.
Ethical Commitment: promoting sustainability and social and environmental responsibility by integrating them into learning activities that cultivate belonging, community engagement, and care for the natural environment.
