Our Work
The SALEM Children and Youth Center is located in Mindo, a small town in the cloud forest on the western slope of the Ecuadorian Andes.
At SALEM children have the opportunity to enjoy being children, learning, playing, and discovering themselves while growing up within a loving community.
We accompany disadvantaged and at-risk children and adolescents from Mindo and the surrounding area, providing them with loving care and support to overcome their greatest problems.
Our mission is to provide excellent child care, education and social services.
