Tomorrow everyone is welcome at the annual Café Navideño which we are going to host here in Salem, Mindo.

Among other things, we will be selling typical German christmas cookies which are a rare specialty here in Ecuador.

For the last two weeks, the kids have been busy baking with the German volunteers. We really enjoyed the sweet aroma and listening to christmas songs while we were baking.

The reward for the hard work, creativity and patience? Enjoying the taste of a freshly baked, self made cookie! Yummy!
